He has appeared before the First Tier Tribunal, the Upper Tribunal, the High Court and the Court of Appeal, UK and has recently been appointed as a Fee Paid First Tier Tribunal Judge of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber.

He is a dynamic and fearless advocate who has been practising immigration law for almost two decades. He has also practised criminal law, though his work now covers all aspects of immigration law almost exclusively. He has extensive experience representing vulnerable clients in asylum and immigration matters and his business acumen enables him to regularly instruct in relation to business immigration.

Joe has also appeared on Sky News as a commentator on immigration law and regularly speaks on immigration law and tribunal advocacy at seminars for professionals.
